## Step 2: Mine insights with the 3-axis rubric
Read each transcript carefully. Look for moments (specific exchanges, phrases, reactions) and score each candidate insight from 1 to 5 on three axes:
- Emotional charge (E): how charged is the moment?
- Surprise (S): does it contradict what the audience assumes?
- Quotability (Q): is there a line that lands on its own?
Total = E + S + Q (max 15). Surface insights scoring 9+.
## Step 3: Write 3 hooks per insight
Three different angles, never three of the same: contrarian, story, specific number, curiosity gap, question, confession.
Before finalising, compare each hook against the user’s example posts. If it doesn’t sound like them, rewrite it.
